Are there any 'catches' or hidden charges in using your service?
There is no catch! tele247 will make no charge for calling the service, you will only be charged by your service provider for the call to the 07744 number. Please make sure you understand what your service provider will charge you for calls to 07744 numbers. In many cases the call will be included in the bundle of inclusive minutes!

How do you make your money?
tele247 is building its business based on providing a wide range of telecoms services which are used by target communities, some of these services are provided free of charge and others will be charged for.

What if I make a call outside my inclusive minutes? (How much will it cost?)
This will vary depending on the service provider you use and the tariff plan you are on, in most cases this will be the same as a call to a UK mobile number, remember it is your responsibility to check the charges with your service provider. tele247 will make no charge to you for calls to the service.

I have pre-pay. Can I still make free calls to India?
Yes. At tele247 we will make no charge for the call regardless of whether it is from a prepay or pay monthly phone. You only pay your service provider the cost of dialling our number - remember to check with your service provider to ensure you understand the charges.

What happens if I call the number outside of the advertised times?
tele247 publishes a full list of destinations and times on our web site. Outside of these published times your call will not be connected to the international destination. Please remember that you will be charged by your service provider for the call to the 07744 number regardless of whether or not the call is connected to the international destination.

Can I become a reseller of tele247 services?
tele247 provides its services directly to users to avoid expensive distribution chains.
